Beloved means “Greatly loved” or dear to the heart!
If you are called “beloved”, it means you are greatly loved. It is an expression of a greater form of love for you!
As humans we have this need to be unconditionally loved by someone. There are millions of people living lost lives because they don’t have anyone to love them. People are living in fear and many of them give up, or take their own lives prematurely for reason of lack of love.
What does it mean to be called beloved?
How will you feel if someone calls you “Beloved” right now?
Will it change your life? Will it make you feel that you are worth something? Of course, it will.
A great section of the movie industry revolves around love stories! Most of the movies I have watched are based on love stories.
The ultimate love story
There is an ultimate love story, a divine love story that has been demonstrated by God through His son Jesus Christ! When Jesus was baptised in the river Jordan, there was a voice from heaven, from God.
Matthew 3:17 says “And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
All the four Gospels recorded this very significant event. Why did God have to use this phrase when He testifies about His son? If God had said He is my son I am well pleased, it would have still been fine. But God chose to use this phrase “Beloved”!
I would also like to stress that, at this point in time Jesus had not performed any miracles. He had not yet gone to the cross; in fact Jesus began His ministry only after this testimony from heaven.
The very next chapter in the Bible says that Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by Satan. And the first question that Satan asked Jesus was to verify what God spoke about Him.
Matthew 4:3 records ‘If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.’
I will once again list both the statements to clarify:
God Said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
Satan said “If You are the Son of God”
What is missing is the word “Beloved”.
Why is this important?
Satan knew that if he could put a thought into the mind of Jesus that would make him doubt the love relationship with God then he could easily tempt him. But Jesus knew that He was greatly loved by God, His beloved Son!
Today many Christians, people of the kingdom of God, get into trouble because they do not realise that they are the ‘beloved of God’. If you know that God loves you so much that He gave His only son to die for you then you will not be rattled or offend God when you are tempted by Satan.
When you know that you are God’s beloved, no temptation can succeed against you, not even the “giants” who may trouble you.
An example is the story of David who slew Goliath. “David” in Hebrew means “beloved”. It takes a David to knock down a giant. In other words, it takes someone who knows that he is God’s beloved to win the battles of life!
Many people in the world think that God is mad at them but I am here to tell you that God is madly in love with YOU.
This is the reason the Epistle of Paul and John very clearly states that we are the beloved of God!
1 John 4:19 states “We love Him because He first loved us.”
You are the reason that God sent His son to die on the cross. Even if you were the only one on planet Earth God would have still sent His son Jesus to die for you!!
You are God’s beloved not because of what you do. Christ did everything for you on the cross. He is God’s Beloved. But God put you in Christ. That is why you are “accepted in the Beloved”.
And what God said to Jesus, He says to you today: “You are My beloved son. In you, I am well pleased.”
There is safety under His wings. Would you please come and take your place as His beloved?

Are you concerned about Who you are?
Have you ever asked the question, who am I? What kind of gifts do I have? What can I do?
Let me ask you this question:
Have you ever heard about Simeon who was called Niger?
Have you ever heard about Lucius of Cyrene?
Do you have any idea who Manaen is?
Possibly you know about Paul, who wrote most of the Epistles of the New Testament. You may also be well aware of Barnabas who helped Paul to establish his ministry. But Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene and Manaen were people who laid their hands on Paul and Barnabas to go into the ministry.
Acts 13:1-3 very clearly indicates that while these men were fasting and praying the Holy Spirit spoke to them and told them to set apart Paul and Barnabas. Then these guys laid their hands on them and sent them away. The rest is history.
I would like you to think about this by putting yourself in their shoes!
Did anyone of them feel they were worthy to lay their hands on Paul and Barnabas? Or did they know that these two guys would go and change the world forever?
How is this possible?
God can use every one of you no matter how big you are or how small you may think you may be. It is not about your education or your qualification.
God is not looking at your ability; He is looking at your availability.
Romans 12:6 says that “Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith;” and also in Ephesians 4:7 it states that, “But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.”
From the above passages it is very clear that every one of us comes with unique gifts from God! So no one should say they do not have gifts from God. Rather we may not know what the gift of God is in us.
Let me give you an actual life story that will transform your thinking forever.
Edward Kimball was a teacher who also taught Sunday school in his local church. One day he went to the local shoe store to buy a pair of shoes for himself. There a young boy came to assist him in the shop. Kimball started speaking with him and shared the Gospel with this young man who accepted the Lord Jesus as his Saviour. This young man was Dwight L. Moody who went on to become a great preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Dwight L Moody was preaching at Chicago and at one of his meetings a man came and commits his life to the Lord Jesus Christ. This man’s name is J Wilbur Chapman; an evangelist who went on to win many souls for the Lord.
Billy Sunday worked for J Wilbur Chapman for a brief time as an assistant, helping to organize his evangelistic meetings, but Billy Sunday himself was converted at a street corner meeting held by the Pacific Garden Mission in Chicago.
In 1924, Charlotte, North Carolina, Billy Sunday held a big crusade and prayed for the massive move of God to come and that many young people will be raised for God. They also prayed earnestly for a revival to come to Charlotte. This resulted in a big revival meeting that was held by Mordecai Ham.
After 10 years Mordecai Ham conducted a big crusade at Charlotte in 1934. During the meeting, a young 17 year old farm boy walked down to the altar to commit his life to Jesus. His name is Billy Graham. This story is extensively recounted in the book “Count It All Joy” published by Broadman, (1984) in a chapter entitled “Sunday, Ham, Billy and Me.”
Billy Graham is the man during the last century who preached the gospel in person to millions and millions of people across the world. Apart from holding the unique position of sharing the Gospel across the world, he also boldly shared the gospel with statesman and people of importance.
Now I want you to ponder about this whole cycle! What started this chain?
A school teacher sharing the Gospel with the shop assistant in the shoe store! Can you believe it?
Now imagine what God can do through you? How many opportunities God is placing before you every day?
The power to save a person from his eternal destruction is with you! Now that you know what God can do through you, I sincerely hope that Satan cannot stop it. Tell the devil he is late now. My people know the truth!

God spoke to Moses and asked him to speak to the children of Israel about the Seven Feasts and asked them to proclaim them as Holy convocations. The entire Feasts are listed in detail in Leviticus Chapter 23. They are:
The Passover
Feast of the Unleavened Bread
Feast of First fruits
Feast of Weeks (Pentecost)
Feast of Trumpets
Feast of Atonement
Feast of Tabernacles
As the Jewish communities around the World have just celebrated their Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, I thought it would be a good idea for us to look at the meaning of these feasts and how they are fulfilled in Christ and the aspects that are yet to come to pass.
Passover: (Pesakh- Hebrew)
After the Israelites had been under the Egyptian King Pharaoh’s slavery for 400 years, God raised Moses to deliver them from bondage. God brought 10 plagues upon the Egyptians and the 10th was the death of the first born. Moses told the Israelites that each family should kill and eat a lamb, but take the blood and put on their doorposts so that the Angel of death will pass over their homes.
The whole event is recorded in Exodus 12. After this, they were delivered from slavery into
Freedom and they have been saved from death to Life. To remember this day God instituted Passover.
Jesus Christ is our Passover lamb. 1 Corinthians 5:7 records it very clearly that, “Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.”
Spiritually we were in the bondage of sin and death. But by the blood of Jesus Christ we have been redeemed from sin and also from eternal death into ever lasting life. We celebrate the death of Jesus Christ because He has become the Passover lamb for us (John 1:29).
Unleavened Bread (Hag Hamatzot, or Matstah- Hebrew)
The Israelites had been asked to search for any leaven prior to the Passover and remove them from their homes. They were asked to eat the Unleavened Bread for the next seven days. The festival starts on the day of Passover i.e. the 14th day of Nisan. It was only when they put the leaven outside for seven days could they come into the presence of God again.
Leaven does not only signify sin, it also speaks of evil and malice which work against God. (1 Corinthians 5:7-8) So God asked them to put away the leaven so that they can dwell with Him.
In Mark 8:15 Jesus says, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod. Jesus said, “I am the bread of Life” John 6:35, fulfilling that He has become the bread from God so that God can dwell with us. Thus Jesus fulfilled the Feast of the unleavened bread.
Feast of the Firstfruits: (Bikkuwr- Hebrew)
The Feast of the Firstfruits was the celebration of the firstfruits of the barley harvest. The harvest of the firstfruits was brought before the presence of God by the Priest and offered as a wave offering to God and afterwards the people could eat them.
Passover starts on the 14th night and 15th day of the month of Nisan and the unleavened bread starts the same day for seven days. But the Feast of the Firstfruits comes in the middle of the Passover and the unleavened bread.
At sunrise on the morning of the Feast of First Fruits in 32 AD, as the priests were waving the sheaf of grain before the altar, the women arrived at the Lord’s tomb to prepare His body for permanent burial.
Remember, there wasn’t enough time before sunset on the day He was crucified and the following two days were both Sabbaths, so no work was permitted. (Interestingly, work was permitted on the Feast of First Fruits, although not on Pentecost.)
But the tomb was empty. He had raised, the First Fruits of them that slept! (1 Corinthians 15:20) later that day many Holy people from Israel’s past were seen in the city of Jerusalem, also having risen from their tombs.
(Matt. 27:53) This was the Lord’s wave offering, a sample of His harvest of souls. As Christians we celebrate this feast known as ‘Easter’
Feast of the Weeks, (Pentecost) (Shavuot- Hebrew)
The Feast of the weeks or Pentecost is a festival of Joy and Thanksgiving celebrating the completion of the harvest season.
God Specifically told the people to count the seven weeks from the Feast of Firstfruits. Seven weeks are forty nine days. When you add one additional day (“on the morrow”) and it brings the days to a total of 50 days. So it is exactly 50 days after the feast of the Firstfruits.
Pentecost means 50.
On this feast they were not commanded to bring the grains, rather they were asked to bring the two loaves they were specifically commanded to make with fine flour and baked with leaven and they were to be to be used as a wave offering (Leviticus 23:17).
Jesus became the First fruit from the dead, and after His resurrection He taught the disciples for the next 40 days (Acts 1:3) before He was taken into heaven. Jesus instructed His disciples to wait in Jerusalem until the promise of the Father, the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Exactly after 50 days, on the day of the Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was poured out on all the people who were gathered with the Disciples.
The two loaves are both Jews and Greeks (read Ephesians 2:14-15) the bread were made with leaven, it signifies that the body of the Christ is with sin whereas the Head of the Church, Jesus is without Sin. The Church is not yet Glorified!
Feast of the Trumpets: (Rosh Hashanah- Hebrew - meaning Head of
The Year)
This Feast is to be celebrated with Joy and Solemnity. This is being celebrated as a new year for the Jews. They blow the shofar, rams horn and they will refrain from doing any work on that day.
This feast is the one we are eagerly waiting for Jesus to fulfil; literally it is the Feast of Trumpets. When Jesus fulfils it, it means that we are going up to meet Him in the clouds!
When the trumpet sounds, “in the twinkling of an eye”, we who are alive will be changed. We will put on new bodies that will be like Jesus! Those who are dead in Christ will rise and also receive new bodies. They will go up first followed by us who are alive, and we will all meet the Lord in the air. (1 Corinthians 15:51–55).
This means that there is a possibility that we might not see death! The Bible says, “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” (1 Thessalonians 4:17)
Feast of Atonement: (Yom Kippur- Hebrew)
During this feast people are being asked to bring their sin offering and afflict their souls. These offerings are made by fire to the Lord. Leviticus 16 & 23; 26-32 and Numbers 29:7 details about this feast.
There were several animal offerings to deal with the sin of the Priest, his family and the people. The High Priest had to wash and put on the sacred garments. Even then he could not go before the Atonement cover without filling the place with incense smoke to obscure the atonement cover so that he would not die.
The animal sacrificed on the Day of Atonement was “Lamb”. Jesus has become the atoning sacrifice for us! Hebrews 9 & 10 clearly states about how Jesus has become our atoning Sacrifice for us.
Jesus “went into the heavenly Holy of Holies with his blood and made atonement once and for all” (Heb 9 v12)
When Jesus died, the veil separating the Holy of Holies from the people was torn in two, from top to bottom, showing that access had been made available to all men.
Another interesting partial fulfilment of this feast is as follows, (because this feast has two fulfilments, one by Christ dying and the other part by him sitting in judgment at His second coming)
Two goats were selected by lot and sacrificed as a sin offering. The priest had to take the blood of the sin offering behind the curtain to sprinkle it on the Atonement cover to make atonement because of the uncleanness and sins of the Israelites.
The second goat became the scapegoat. The priest was to lay both hands on the goat’s head and confess over it all the wickedness and sins of the people. It was then taken out into the desert and released, carrying all the sins of the people.
A scarlet thread will be tied around the neck of this animal which will turn into white on the Day of Atonement. The Talmud, the Jewish sacred writings second only in importance to the Tanach, records that one of the sacrificial animals had a scarlet cord tied around its neck, which turned white when GOD had accepted atonement for the people.
This miracle occurred nearly every year for around 1500 years but did not occur again from the year Jesus was crucified until the Temple was destroyed and all Temple worship ceased (AD70).
Feast of Tabernacle: (Sukkot- Hebrew- meaning Booth)
This feast is the last feast to commemorate what God has done for the Jews. This feast starts after five days of Yom Kippur, the Feast of Atonement. Five represents ‘Grace’.
God asked Moses to build the Tabernacle so that He would dwell with them. (Exodus 25:8) Also God made this feast to remind them that they have been delivered from the bondage of slavery and sin, they dwelt in the booths in the wilderness with Him.
The Feast of Tabernacles was also known as the Feast of Ingathering because it occurs at the time of the major harvest of crops (the spring harvest of the crops was smaller than the autumn harvest, just as the “spring” harvest of salvation will be smaller than the “autumn” harvest).
An abundant harvest and living in temporary shelters are the two profoundly symbolic themes of the festival.
The Feast of Tabernacles - the first 1,000 years after The Return of Christ in which the harvest of salvation will truly begin. (Leviticus 23:33-36, Revelation 20:2-4).
The Last Day - the 8th day of the Feast of Tabernacles mirrors the resurrection of all those who did not receive their calling to conversion in all the ages prior to the millennium. (Leviticus 23:39, Revelation 20:5, 11-15)
Every Blessing from Heaven is upon you in Christ Jesus!

Motive and Move of God
“Take away the motive, and the sin is taken away” - Spanish proverb
“All a man’s ways seem innocent to him, but motives are weighed by the LORD.” Proverbs 16:2 (NIV)
An action is the result of a motive. What is clearly seen by people is the action but what is hidden in people is motive. Just as we cannot see the wind but can see the effects of the wind, same way we may not be able to see clearly the motive behind an action.
What motivates you?
Before we see the complete answer, let us take a close look at this scripture:
“And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.” (Hebrews 4:13)
We may hide ourselves with “politically correct” speeches when dealing with people and also do the right things in front of other people. We may even go to the extent of doing good things for our loved ones and friends, but with wrong motives.
But the key is the motive behind your move!
“For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7b
It is pretty clear that God does not only know everything concerning you but He also knows the motives behind your actions because He looks into your hearts, not on your outlook or how you speak or what good you are doing.
Let me ask a simple question for you to ponder:
Offering sacrifice to God is it good or not?
Of course it is good; God loves the offering you give!
Saul, King of Israel, while he was in the throne, the Philistines came to attack his kingdom. Saul travelled with his army to Gilgal and was waiting for Samuel to come for seven days (you can read the whole story in 1 Samuel 13th chapter).
The enemy army was coming against him and his army was being scattered. Saul offered burnt and peace offerings to the Lord. When he finished the offering he met Samuel and told him, “then I said, ‘The Philistines will now come down on me at Gilgal, and I have not made supplication to the LORD.’ Therefore I felt compelled, and offered a burnt offering.” 1 Samuel 13:12
Did you notice the phrase; he was compelled to make the offering. The circumstance is that the prophet did not come on time, the enemy was coming against him, and his army was getting restless, so he thought it would be a good idea to make the offering to God.
In the circumstances of our lives, how many times have we encountered situations like this? Have we not felt compelled to help someone but with the wrong motives?
God does not approve doing the right thing with wrong motives!
In the end you will find that most of the people who act this way are more concerned about the reputation! These people are more concerned about what we will think or say about hem.
These people are more concerned about how and what people will think of them and also want to be in the limelight all the time. Before pointing my fingers at anyone I have behaved like this in the past. But we must repent now.
Philippians 2:5 states, “Let this mind be in you…” that is Jesus Christ though He was eternally God, creator of the universe yet He did not consider Himself equal with God. He humbled himself in obedience unto death, which is on the cross.
If the Son of God can humble Himself so much, how much more do we need have this MIND?
So let us understand our hearts’ motive before we do anything because we need praises from God rather than from men.
1 Corinthians 4:5 “Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God”
When the Lord comes again will you be able to get praises from Him?
My prayer is that you will.
Please bear this in mind that God does not only see your action but He knows the motive. In the light of this truth how are you going to live now?
Let your actions and your motives be pure before men and God! Amen!!
Blessings,
Abraham

I wanted you to know, what are you speaking these days? Is it God’s word or yours? Let me share some thoughts for you this week.
Psalm 103:20, Bless the Lord, you His angels, who excel in strength, who do His word, heeding the Voice of His word.
Please do notice that the verse says that angels are heading the Voice of His Word. Now to whom the word of god is being released upon this earth? Or rather who gives voice to the word of God?
It’s…You and me!
Each and every time you speak the word of God, we are giving voice to His word. As per the above verse it’s very clear that we give voice to Gods word. So when you and I speak the word of God the angels hear and they respond!
The Bible says that at the end of Daniel’s three weeks of fasting and praying for an answer from God, the angel Gabriel appeared to Daniel and said to him, I have come because of your words (Daniel 10:12).
When the angels hear you saying and they respond, like when you say “Thank you, Father, no evil shall befall me nor shall any plague come near my dwelling”. Psalm 91:10 they will come to your help because you are giving voice to God’s word.
Many of you are worried that you can’t quote the complete verse or correctly. I would like to give you an insight into the incident happened in the states:
One night there was a girl who went to a church service and on her way back she has to pass through a small side way and there were guys waiting to trouble her. All she remembered from the sermon was only one word at the panic moment. She said over and over for five or six times saying Feathers! Immediately her attackers were running away from her and running for their life. What is Feathers? She was referring to Psalm 91:4, “He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge”.
She was not able to quote even half of the verse, forget it she could not remember the entire thing all she remembered was that God is her father and she is under His wings!
It is not about what and how perfect you quote the verse, it’s about how much you know that He is your father and He loves you, that faith what matters my dear friends.
When you release one word from God the angels are waiting to obey your words and all your enemies will be scattered away into pieces. The same enemy who came to destroy you will run for his life.
Could you please practice it for the next one week!
I am not asking for a long time, just practice for only next one week,
To give voice to His word so that angels can be activated in your life to bring in the victory?
The angels are sent to those who will inherit salvation as per Hebrews 1:14!
So they are waiting to heed to His word, who excel in strength!
Could you join with me to voice His word in our life on this earth?
Blessings,
Abraham

People suffer because they are either being chastened by God, or they are going through Trials permitted by God. In both cases people suffer. They need to have a different response.
People are not able to identify the difference between whether you are going through chastening (Correction) or going through trials. Hence they are not able to overcome them.
Chastening: to correct by reproof or punishment (discipline) The word “chasten” and “discipline” hold the same root word in the original text. As such, they have the same meaning in the Bible when used to describe God’s relationship with his children.
Trials: the act or the process of testing, trying, or putting to proof Trials in this context refer to times in your life where God allows adverse circumstances to help you grow in your faith and relationship with Him.
Response:
For Chastening from God you need to Repent!!
For Trials from God you need to Rejoice!!
Chastening
Hebrews 12: 5-8
5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: “ My son, do not despise the chastening of the LORD, Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him; 6 For whom the LORD loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives.” 7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? 8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons.
The Lord whom He loves he corrects! So if you are chastened by the Lord then you should repent and turn to God because of His love. Discouragement is often the first point at which we will contemplate fear, which discredits God given purpose.
We should make sure that there is no sin in our lives, if there is; we should repent with a true heart and turn to the Lord. When we approach God with repentance, then God restores us and calls us as His righteous.
Hebrews 12:11 sets out that righteousness is fruit of being Chastened by the Lord;
“For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” (ESV)
The Greek word for Chastening is ‘paideia’, from which we derive the word “pediatrician”.
Discipline from God is like the relationship between a loving parent and their child, rather than the punitive relationship between authorities are their citizens.
The fundamental difference between the two lies in their motives for maintaining the relationship. A parent will nurture a relationship with their child out of love. Conversely an authority maintains their relationship with their citizens out of a necessity for order.
The same word is also translated as nurture in the Ephesians 6:4
So Chastening or Discipline from the Lord brings you back to Him, so that you can have the right standing with God.
Trials
We need to be believers in the Lord Jesus Christ to go through the trials. A common problem is that people who go through discipline often confuse it for a trial. In doing so they fail to correct themselves, and may mislead others.
James 1: 2-4, “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have [its] perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.”
We need to face our trials with “joy”, and our chastisements with humility and repentance. In order to face our trials with joy, we should be able to turn to the Lord for his guidance, through which we can avoid despair and discouragement.
God values each of our lives like a precious stone. Diamonds are created in the face of immense heat, pressure and stress. They are the most valuable stones found on earth, but their source is one of the most common.
Similarly, God puts us through times of immense pressure and stress to produce the best from us, while guiding us in his purpose for our lives.
Trial produces patience through faith- when you receive with Joy!
Trial produces rejection, discouragement and hopelessness- when you receive as punishment or without Joy!!
Patience makes you complete, and lacking in nothing.
Also in Romans 5: 3-5, “3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”
When we glory in tribulations, it produces perseverance.
Perseverance produces Character,
Character produces Hope!
The Hope will not bring disappointment.
I would like you to understand God’s nature when you are going through Trails; Although God may permit Trials into our lives, we must remember that He will always guide us through with sufficient grace and strength.
1 Corinthians 10:13 “ No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.”
The Bible is clear in that every Trial God gives us; He ensures that he is with us, every step of the way, guiding us to victory.
John 16:33 “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
So can you tell me are you going through Discipline or Trail?
With Love and Blessings,
Abraham

There is a bit of confusion in many peoples mind about that a sin, which leads people to death.
How can I have Eternal Life?
1 John 5:11–12 tell us the content of God’s testimony and describe the content of God’s witness. If there ever was any testimony in the courtroom of life that we ought to listen to, it would be God’s testimony.
And according to John the testimony of God is this:
“And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.”
So according to God’s testimony, the way to have life is to have the Son.
Verse 12: “He who has the Son has life.”
And the reason we know, it is eternal life, is that verse 11 says, “God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.” So the way to have eternal life is to have the Son of God, Jesus Christ.
So John concludes in verse 13 by “These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.”
Having the Son God in your life is the Eternal life!! (For further on this you may refer the following Scriptures for your certainty John 3:14-15, John 10:10, John 17:3)
What is the sin which leads to death?
John 16: 8-11, deals the above more clearly,
“Verse 8 And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 of sin, because they do not believe in Me; 10 of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; 11 of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged. “
These verse addressed to three different people on the work of the Holy Spirit by Jesus!
Verse 9 addressed to the world who does not believe in Lord Jesus, Sin, is not believing Him
Verse 10 addressed to believers about their righteousness! The Holy Spirit convicts the believers about their righteousness (not of Sin)
Verse 10 addressed to the Satan, the ruler of this world about Judgement.
So from the words of Jesus its very clear that Sin( Which is singular) is only leading to eternal death, is not believing in Him!!
In 1 John 5: 16 &17 talks about the sin leading to death and also sin which is not leading to death. Jesus Christ is our righteousness (1 Corinthians:31) All unrighteousness is sin in verse
17 differentiate about believing in the Lord Jesus or not.
What about Sin which does not lead to me death?
The sin which leads you to death or it does not lead you to death, we need to understand about God and His forgiveness.
1 John 1:9, if you ask forgiveness of any sin with repentance to God, He will forgive. Because the price has been paid on the cross by Jesus Christ. God can not punish the sin twice!! Jesus has carried all our sins to the cross and He cleansed us by His precious blood. (you borrow money from your bank and If I repay it on behalf of you, you don’t have to pay any more to the bank)
I will give you couple of example from the Bible about God’s forgiveness!
1.King David, He sinned, he committed adultery with Bathsheba and killed her husband Uriah. So David was adulterer and murderer, yet when he turned to God with repentance, God forgave his sins and restored him. Also God calls him “the man after my own heart”. (Acts
13:22)
2. Peter: Apostle Peter, who lived with Lord Jesus during His earthly life for over 3 years. peter denied about Christ not one time, not two times but three times. Also he took all the other disciples back to fishing again after His death. But when Peter repented God restored him and gave the apostleship of the new testament church under him.
Conclusion:
There is no sin that God says that He will not forgive you!!
He has forgiven all our sins on the cross, whether its leading you to death or not.
So ask God for the forgiveness and He will restore you relationship with Him and grant eternal life through His Son Jesus Christ!
Have you Got the Son of God?

People are often confused as to how to differentiate which dreams are messages from God, and which are simply dreams.
It could be from you or from God, let me give some insight into the God given dream then you decide whether your dream is from God or from you, let you be the JUDGE!!!
Dreams are a communication tool from God to human.
Dreams are a sure sign of a language from God. Job 33:14-15,
For God may speak in one way, or in another, Yet man does not perceive it.
15 In a dream, in a vision of the night,
When deep sleep falls upon men,
While slumbering on their beds,
Whether you are a believer or a non believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, God choose to reveal Himself to people in their Dreams, Visions etc., (Joel 2;28 indicates this very clearly).
Also many non believers from the Middle Eastern Asian countries people came into faith by their Dreams, which is very evident by their remarkable encounter real life stories.
There are many distinctive attributes to God given dreams but I would like to give you three basics of God given Dreams.
1. It is impossible for you to achieve them without God’s Supernatural intervention.
In the natural realm it’s not possible for you to accomplish your dreams without God.
You may feel that your family background, education, ethnicity, looks etc, make the dream seem impossible, however these are not relevant to God.
I would like to draw an example from the Bible.
Joseph: You can read about his life history in the book of Genesis from chapter 37 to 50. He has two dreams and in that he has seen all his brothers and both his parents worshiping him.
But what happens in the dream, it gets him into trouble with his brothers. They then try to kill him, by throwing him in the pit; then they sell him to an Egyptian. The Egyptian master’s wife accuses him falsely and brings charges against him for sexual molestation, which resulted in Joseph being placed to be behind bars.
From his house he was driven to the pit, from the pit to slavery, from slavery to prison. Joseph was placed in an impossible situation, where his dream could not become a reality.
But God intervened, and placed him in the palace as the Prime Minister over Egypt.
2. The dream always enhances and equips the life of others
God given dreams have an overall beneficial impact for the greater good rather than that of the individual.
An example of this being King Solomon: Solomon, son of David reigned as King over Israel following his father. God appeared to him in the dream and asked him what he wanted. Solomon responded to God saying that the Israelites were numerous and that he was young, so he needed wisdom to Judge His people.
God not only grants Solomon wisdom, He also gives him the riches and honour, which he did not ask for. God promised that there would be no other person on the earth who had wisdom as great as he, either in the past or in the future.
You can read the complete account in the 1 Kings 3: 1-15.
3. The Dream is all about God!!
The dream will reveal the glorious, amazing characteristics of God to others.
Daniel: An Israelite took as slave by the Babylonians ordered by their King; Nebuchadnezzar. When the king had the dreamt twice Daniel tells the king about his dream and gave interpretation.
The revelation of the dream brought the unbeliever Nebuchadnezzar to put his trust into God’s hand. Chapter 4 of Daniel is the recording of what Nebuchadnezzar spoke about God. It brought a heathen king to come into the awesome presence of God.
There are many examples can be given from the Bible and from real life stories about coming to majestic, glorious, unshakeable, Almighty God.
So what are you dreaming?
Is it small or big?
Does your dream go through the three characteristics?
Welcome dreamers!! God is been looking for you.
